Numerical Control Welding Machine for Rollers Used for welding idler roller tubes to stamped bearing housings. The headstock is symmetrically arranged on both sides of the machine bed, with the roller body placed on a central support frame for center positioning. The entire machine is PLC-controlled and set via a touchscreen; the two headstocks are CNC-driven by forward and reverse lead screws and stepper motors, while the spindle rotation is driven by a stepper motor. Rotation angle and speed are set via the touchscreen. It is equipped with two 350°C CO2 gas shielded welding machines.
It utilizes linear guides, ball screws, and digital control technology, and is equipped with a smoke and light pollution protection chamber featuring arc light protection curtains and a smoke and dust collection and filtration device.
